CHM-1700 Paper sheeter machine feature

1.Hydraulic paper jumbo roll unwinding station with cone chuck. It can lift up maximum 1800mm diameter and 1500kg weight capacity. High quality pneumatic brake control unwinding tension.

2.EPC system: The system automatic adjust the edge position of paper rolls to improve cutting precision.

3.Pneumatic slitting knife unit: Easily to adjust slitting width and trim web edge. Automatic slitting knives positioning system is available as options.

4.Waste edge paper will be discharge out of machine by strong blower fan and Y type pipe.

5.Cross cutting knife adopt single rotary sheets cutter knife,which made by British technical and high quality material. Decrease noisy and longer lift time.

6.Conveyor unit adopt horizontal conveying with muti-stages to separate paper sheets,convey paper sheets forward,and stacking paper sheets on pallet.

7.Touch screen with intelligent control system,you can set cutting length,cutting quantity,check machine situation and so on function.

8.High level cutting accuracy: ±0.5mm(＜1000mm),±0.1%(＞1000mm)
